Golf Tips for Beginners?

I’m a total beginner at golf, but my coach wants me to practice a round (probably 9 holes). Here’s the thing, I’ve never been on a course before only on driving ranges, and I can probably only hit a driver 140 yards (5-9 irons vary from 70 – 110). My consistency and direction isn’t that good either, but I really don’t want to look like a complete fool playing. Any tips, golfers? ((:
NB; I do take lessons from a pro teacher.
